National Security Policy

Ban All Foreign Lobbying

A big avenue through which Parliament has been more recently ordered about by foreign governments is via the use of lobbies in our country acting in their interests.

The Eureka Party supports a total ban on foreign lobbying, and the forced shutdown of lobbies which serve foreign interests, including those posing as business representation lobbies or think tanks.

The Eureka Party supports the establishment of a Royal Commission on Foreign Lobbying and Influence to root out and mercilessly target all foreign influence operations within Australia.

Ban on Surveillance Operations within Australia

The Eureka Party supports introducing a universal ban on indiscriminate mass surveillance, data collection, retention, monitoring, or doxxing targeting domestic and foreign corporations, lobbies, intelligence agencies, or politically motivated organisations and groups. The only exception is state intelligence agencies and law enforcement, given a judicial warrant is secured.

Socialise and Dismantle AI Data Centres

The Eureka Party supports the full socialisation of all AI data centres at 110% of asset value, auditing their use and environmental impact and dismantling or recycling parts from unnecessary or environmentally damaging data centres for use in other civil infrastructure projects, repurposing others as public utilities.

The Eureka Party supports a moratorium on new AI data centres pending the rollout of a public, decentralised, environmentally sustainable, and privacy-first AI policy.

Fire Jillian Segal

The Eureka Party supports the immediate dismissal of Jillian Segal from her post as Special Envoy to Combat Antisemitism and the elimination of the position altogether, on account of demonstrated conflicts of interest as former president of the Executive Council of Australian Jewry (ECAJ) and clear ideological motivations serving the State of Israel to crack down against legitimate political speech.

End State Recognition of Ethnic Diaspora Organisations

The ECAJ represents just one node of a broader problem of ethnic diaspora politics that has proliferated and been given privileged access to government through “peak ethnic bodies” that have become tools for foreign influence. The Australian government should serve Australian interests and Australian interests only.

The Eureka Party supports ending official state recognition, privilege and funding for ethnic diaspora organisations, while retaining their right to organise and advocate as any other civil society organisation.

The Eureka Party supports the classification of certain ethnic bodies who constitutionally serve the interests of a foreign state as functionally equivalent to foreign lobbies for the purpose of the ban on foreign lobbying.

Withdraw from Globalist and Imperialist Institutions

The Eureka Party supports withdrawing and banning membership of Australian politicians, individuals and firms in globalist and imperialist institutions, including but not limited to:

  • The International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the Bank for International Settlements, and all associated organisations, think tanks and lobbying groups

  • The World Economic Forum and Global Economic Forum

  • The UN Human Rights Council, UNESCO, UNHCR, World Food Programme, World Trade Organisation, World Health Organisation, OECD, and the International Criminal Court

The Eureka Party supports remaining within the UN General Assembly and purely technical UN bodies such as the World Meteorological Organisation, International Telecommunication Union, International Civil Aviation Organisation and International Maritime Organisation.

The Eureka Party supports advocating within the UN for reforms to remove permanent membership and veto power within the UN Security Council, and maintaining a strict commitment to Australian sovereignty in policy decision-making within remaining international bodies.

Treason Law’

The Eureka Party supports the introduction of a robust ‘Treason Law’ which targets the following offences as treasonous for the protection of national security:

  • Armed sedition against the constitution or assisting an enemy in war;

  • Enlistment in a foreign military, foreign legion, or private military corporation, with necessary safeguards for those subject to statutory mandatory service, and a grace period and assistance to repatriate for those currently serving in foreign theatres, such as in Ukraine;

  • Acting as a wilful intelligence operative for a foreign state or intelligence agency, with robust whistle-blower protections for individuals coerced by a foreign state or intelligence agency using threats of violence against themselves or family in the coercing state to come forward and seek protection and/or the negotiated transfer of threatened family members to Australia;

  • Doxxing Australians for the interests of a foreign state or intelligence agency;

  • Lobbying in the interests of a foreign state or intelligence agency, or receiving funds from a foreign state or a lobby serving a foreign state to act in its interests.

All cases which fall foul of this law shall be prosecuted as criminal offences by an independent court to ensure against politically motivated usage.

Abolition of Dual Citizenship

The Eureka Party supports the abolition of dual citizenship, requiring any future naturalised residents to renounce their foreign citizenship in order to be eligible for Australian citizenship, and offering current dual citizens a grace period of ten (10) years to renounce either their Australian citizenship or foreign citizenship, after which undetermined dual citizens will be automatically stripped of their Australian citizenship and downgraded to permanent residency status.

An exception can be made for those who take all reasonable steps to renounce foreign citizenship yet are unable to due to factors such as regime change or collapse, lack of diplomatic channels, or renunciation being impossible or unsafe, in accordance with the High Court’s Sykes v Cleary decision applied to broader citizenship law rather than solely electoral law.

Royal Commission into Epstein Connections

The release of the Epstein Files have shown the world who is in control, and exposed the decadent depravity of the ruling class of the West.

The Eureka Party supports the establishment of a Royal Commission into the involvement of Australian politicians and business leaders in Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking ring, and the prosecution of all Epstein associates in Australia credibly accused of sex crimes.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The Treason Law targets specific acts: armed sedition, acting as a wilful intelligence operative for a foreign state, doxxing Australians for foreign interests, and bribery-based lobbying for foreign powers. It does not target speech, advocacy, or association. Robust whistleblower protections are built in. Criticising the government or holding unpopular views is fully protected by the Political Bill of Rights.

This policy applies equally to all foreign citizenships - British, American, Chinese, New Zealand, any. It's about undivided loyalty to Australia, not targeting any ethnic group. A generous 10-year grace period is provided, with exceptions for those unable to renounce due to factors like regime collapse or lack of diplomatic channels. This is a sovereignty issue, not an ethnicity issue.
